农产品物流保鲜与加工研究团队,主要研究农产品采后衰老生理、病理的生物学调控,设施、设备、信息化设备和保鲜膜、保鲜剂研发。以农产品采后衰老生理与病理的基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学和代谢组学调控机理为基础,开发保鲜设施设备、保鲜膜、保鲜剂、保鲜加工新工艺等新技术、新工艺、新产品。

课题组研发的微型冷库已在全国30多个省推广8万余座,占同期冷库新增总量60%;充气式冷库、便携式预冷库与一体式制冷设备、相温库与配套脉冲式防霉机、脱氧机、二氧化碳脱除机和并联制冷机组,以及多功能保鲜膜、绿色保鲜剂等新产品已在国内外示范推广。

The research team for preservation and process of agricultural products (TPPAP) has mainly focused efforts in biological and technological research in the areas of post-harvest regulation mechanism of senescence in physiology and pathology, treatment, shipping, packaging, handing and distribution of agronomic and horticultural crops. Based on the post-harvest of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics of agricultural products, facilities, preservatives and packaging materials relative to fresh-keep are also partially.
According to advanced technology and practice in post-harvest field, Mini energy-saving cold storage room have been extended more than 8 million seats in more than 30 provinces of China, which accounted for 60% of increase in total storage. And mini inflatable storage room, portable storage room and integrated refrigeration equipment, phase-temperature storage room and its corollary equipment such as pulse mouldproof machine, deoxidization machine, carbon dioxide removal machine and parallel refrigeration units, and the multifunctional fresh-keeping film, green preservative and other new products have been demonstration and spread at home and abroad.
