食品安全团队简介

食品安全关系国计民生,天津科技大学食品安全研究室紧紧围绕与人类健康息息相关的食品安全问题开展系统研究,着力在食品安全的共性关键技术上进行攻关,努力创建国内一流、世界前沿的食品安全高水平科研平台。同时注重关键技术的示范应用,致力于全面提升食品安全水平,推动我国食品产业的健康可持续发展。目前形成了食品安全检测技术与装备开发、食品质量与安全控制、食品安全与风险评估等特色研究方向。

Food safety could be closely related to people's livelihood and the development of a country. Founded upon the idea of the importance of the food safety in the absence of people’s health, the Food Safety Research Group of Tianjin University of Science and Technology focuses on the general key techniques in the food safety issues to conduct consistent research activities and aim to construct a top research platform in China which meets the latest research trend in the world. Our group also lays emphasis on the key techniques in the application demonstration, and is strongly focus on improving the food safety standard and the consistent development of the healthy food industrial manufacturing in China. To date, our research consists of the following fields: the development of the analysis techniques and equipments, food quality and safety control, food safety and risk assessment etc.
