粮油科学与工程研究团队,以粮食与油脂为研究对象,有机融合工、理、农、医等多领域相关学科的研究特点,形成以主粮、杂粮及植物油为主要出发基料,应用现代高新技术进行深度理论和应用研究的特色。主要研究粮油及植物蛋白制品,以及主食产业化;功能性碳水化合物和蛋白质等成分的化学与工程研究;谷物活性成分的高效提取分离及鉴定技术;主粮与杂粮的分子营养学研究。
本团队与国内外知名企业合作开发的农副产品深加工及综合利用项目以及特定人群配餐项目进入了产业化,开发的非冷链主食生产技术大大节约了生产成本,提高了食品安全性,特别在提高食品保质期和食品质量上取得了突破性进展。本团队的多个研究成果取得国家和省部级鉴定,并进行了产业化,目前还承担了国家自然基金、科技部中欧合作项目和科技部农业转化基金等科技项目,处于国际领先水平。
Grain and oil science and engineering research team applied grain and oil as the research object, with the characteristics of organic integration of science, engineering, agriculture, medicine and other related disciplines, forming the staple food, coarse cereals and plant oils as main starting base materials, carry out the research on depth theory and application by modern high and new technologies. The researches including development of grain, plant protein products, and industrialization of the staple food; chemical and engineering of functional carbohydrate components, protein and so on; efficient extraction, separation and identification of cereals active ingredients; molecular nutrition of staple food and coarse cereals.
The research team cooperated with the well-known domestic and international enterprises, developed deep processing and comprehensive utilization of agricultural by-products as well as for the commercialization of specified types of products. The developed non-cold chain staple food production technology greatly reduces the cost of production, improves the food safety, acquires breakthrough especially in improving the shelf life and food quality of food products. A number of research achievements fulfilled identification at the national, provincial and ministerial level, and the industrialization put into practice. To date the team has undertaken the national natural science funds and the ministry of science and technology of China-EU cooperation projects and the ministry of science and Technology agriculture transformation fund and so on, standing at the international leading level.
