In response to the strategic deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council on the employment of college graduates, to comprehensively explore employment resources, further broaden the employment channels for graduates, and to fully promote the strategic deployment of our university's "Pioneer Plan", on April 18th, Xia Xiaole, the academic dean of the College of Food Science and Engineering, and Nie Shenda, the deputy secretary of the Party committee, led a team to visit Changsha Yanzhipuzi Food Co., Ltd. for an enterprise visit and job position expansion research. Huang Minsheng, the vice president of Yanzhipuzi Group, Peng Xi, the senior manager, and the heads of key departments such as R&D and human resources warmly received the college.
At the symposium, the teachers of the college systematically introduced the development of our college. As one of the first food-related majors in China, the college has gathered a group of high-level teachers, including national-level teaching masters and many senior experts in the industry. Meanwhile, the college has established multiple high-end research platforms such as the State Key Laboratory of Food Nutrition and Safety, providing solid support for the development of disciplines and scientific research innovation.
The relevant person in charge of Yanjinpuzi, in light of the current development status of the industry, conducted a detailed analysis of the consumption upgrade trend and technological innovation direction of the current condiment market. After thorough communication, both sides reached a consensus on establishing a "industry-university-research-application" four-in-one cooperation mechanism: relying on scientific research platforms such as the State Key Laboratory of Food Nutrition and Safety of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, to jointly build a research and development center. Regularly carry out two-way training activities where technical backbones from enterprises enter classrooms and experts from universities enter workshops. Establish a special project fund to promote the transition of scientific research achievements from the laboratory to the production line. Enterprises will be deeply involved in the entire chain of talent cultivation in the college, including holding career and employment planning lectures, setting up internship and practice bases, and giving priority to participating in special job fairs on campus, providing students with more job opportunities and career development guidance.
This in-depth visit not only deepened the mutual trust between the school and the enterprise in areas such as technology research and development and talent employment, but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. By establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism, both sides will jointly create a talent cultivation highland for the food industry and contribute the wisdom of universities and the strength of enterprises to promoting the high-quality development of China's food industry.
