Biography

Dr. Yumei Jiang is a Associate Professor of the college of Food Engineering and Biotechnology, Tianjin University of Science and Technology. Prof Jiang completed Bachelor Degree from Weifang Medical College at 1999, Master Degrees from Sichuan University at 1999 and joined Shandong University for the following 1year as as lecture. Dr Jiang received her doctoral degree from Tianjin Medical University at 2006 and joined Tianjin Medical University for the following 5 years as lecture. Since 2011, Dr. Jiang is employed by Tianjin University of Science & Technology as a associate professor. He published over 20 scientific papers.

Research Interests

The impact of food on diseases, especially diabetes, obesity, cancer, and so on.  The Research levels are including whole ,organ,cell,and molecular (both in vivo and in vitro models).
