Biography

Yang Lu is an Associate Professor of the College of Food Engineering and Biotechnology at Tianjin University of Science and Technology. She received her BSc and MSc from Tianjin University of Science and Technology. Then she moved to Australia and completed her Ph.D from the University of New Sales Wales. In 2014, she started to work as a lecturer in Tianjin University of Science and Technology and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2016.

Research Interests

Her professional interests have been focusing on the development of immunoassay based detection methods for monitoring contaminants in foods. She has been actively involved with research in areas of ELISA, biosensor and microfluidics.
