Biography
Dr. Jing Li is an associate Professor of college of Food Engineering and Biotechnology, Tianjin University of Science and Technology. She completed Bachelor and Master Degrees from Zhengzhou University at 1998 and 2001. Dr. Jing Li received her doctoral degree from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Acadamy of Sciences at 2005. Since 2006, Dr. Li worked at Tianjin University of Science & Technology as a lecture and an associate professor. She worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Tianjin Agricultural Science and Technology co, LTD from 2011 to 2013. She published over 20 scientific papers, 4 EI papers and 7 patents including 1 authorized patent.
Research Interests
Dr. Jing Li specialized inmacromolecular biochemistry, structural modification and functional identification in food science. Taking her technological advantages, she devoted herself to comprehensive utilization and functional evaluation of grain and oil by-products, mainly focusing on the physicochemical analysis, biological evaluation and nano-transfer for natural active substances.
