Biography
Dr. Xiaowei Zhang is a Research Assistant of the college of Food Engineering and Biotechnology, Tianjin University of Science and Technology. Dr. Zhang completed Bachelor and Doctor Degrees from Huazhong Agricultural University at 2009 and 2014. On the completion of his PhD, Dr. Zhang worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Jiangnan University for 3 years. Since Sept. 2017, Dr. Zhang is employed by Tianjin University of Science & Technology.
