Research Interests
1. Preparetion of polyclonal antibody and monoclonal antibody against pathogenic microorganism, food allergen, and the small molecule pollutant in food including pesticide, veterinary drug, mycotoxin, hazardous substance generated during food processing, and illegal additive, etc.
2. Development of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of small molecule pollutant, pathogenic microorganism or allergen in food.
3. Development of novel fluorescence immunoassayfor the detection of small molecule pollutant in food using upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) as signal-probe labels.
4. Development oflateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the detection of small molecule pollutant in food using various nanoparticles as signal labels, such as colloidal gold nanoparticles, dyed polymer microspheres, quantum dots, carbon dots, or upconversion nanoparticles.
5. Development of rapid test products including ELISA kits and test strips.
